Our History and Foundation
Atlas Khomein Kish (Registration No. 9505) commenced its operations in 2011 at Payam International Airport, initially focusing on air cargo, passenger, and postal services.

Transformation and Strategic Growth
A pivotal turning point occurred in 2020, when the company transitioned to new ownership and integrated into the Pars Golden Sky Aviation Ecosystem. Following this transition, the company underwent a comprehensive modernization of its documentation, equipment, and operational records to align with the latest Civil Aviation Organization (CAO) requirements, successfully renewing its Air Operator Certificate (AOC).

Diversification of Services
In 2021, Atlas Aviation resumed its passenger operations through its Air Taxi division, utilizing twin-engine piston aircraft. Recognizing the growing national demand, the company secured its Special Operations Authorization for Aerial Imaging in 2022. That same year, it successfully executed large-scale imaging projects in Yazd and Kerman provinces in collaboration with public and private sectors. By the end of 2022, the acquisition of two Antonov AN-26 aircraft significantly bolstered the company’s cargo transportation capabilities.

Fleet Expansion in 2024
By 2024, Atlas Aviation established a robust operational presence with a fleet including two Antonov AN-26 freighters and three Piper aircraft dedicated to passenger transport and aerial imaging missions.

A New Era: Commercial Passenger Flights
Marking a historic milestone on February 10, 2025 (22 Bahman 1403), Atlas Aviation officially launched its commercial passenger division with a fleet featuring Boeing 737 and McDonnell Douglas MD-82 aircraft. To further enhance its flight network, the company introduced Bespoke Private Flights utilizing the BAE RJ85 aircraft. All Atlas Air passenger flights are centrally operated from Terminal 2 of Mehrabad International Airport.

Atlas Helicopter Division
As part of our commitment to diversifying aviation infrastructure, the Atlas Helicopter division was launched, featuring the Robinson R44 and Bell 206. This expansion has enabled the company to provide elite services in recreational flights, air taxi, pilot training, and specialized aerial missions.

Global Logistics and Cargo Enhancement
To strengthen our logistical footprint, a Boeing 737 Freighter with a 16-ton capacity was added to the Atlas Air fleet. Capable of transporting industrial, commercial, and postal shipments, this aircraft is a key component of our strategic plan to develop advanced logistics services across Iran and the Middle East region.
