A New Milestone in Aviation Services
In November 2024 (Azar 1403), Atlas Aviation achieved a significant milestone by securing official authorization from the Civil Aviation Organization (CAO) to conduct specialized Parachuting and Skydiving operations. Utilizing two dedicated Antonov AN-26B aircraft, this achievement is the result of months of meticulous strategic planning, fleet outfitting, and rigorous compliance with the technical and safety standards mandatory for such high-precision aviation missions.
Strategically Designed for Aerial Sports
Activating skydiving capabilities is a core pillar of Atlas Aviation’s strategy to expand its Specialized Air Services and diversify its operational portfolio. The Antonov AN-26B is an ideal platform for both professional and training skydiving, thanks to its high capacity, dedicated rear cargo ramp, and superior performance at optimal jump altitudes.
Successful Inaugural Operation
Our inaugural official parachuting mission was successfully conducted at Kalaleh Airport in Golestan Province, in partnership with a licensed and accredited skydiving academy. Executed under strict safety protocols and supervised by expert instructors, the operation received an enthusiastic response from aerial sports enthusiasts and the professional skydiving community.
Leading the Future of Aerial Sports
This success marks the beginning of a new chapter for Atlas Aviation, showcasing our capability to deliver elite specialized services beyond traditional air transportation. By entering the skydiving sector, Atlas Aviation is not only supporting the growth of national aerial sports and promoting aviation culture but also taking a decisive step toward enhancing the country’s diverse flight infrastructure and specialized services.
Nationwide operational coverage is available across all regions of the country, subject to project requirements and feasibility.
