Atlas Aviation Terms & Conditions
By using the official website of Atlas Aviation and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. General Provisions
All operations and services are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Civil Aviation Organization (CAO) regulations, and international aviation standards.
2. Booking and Documentation
The passenger is solely responsible for the accuracy of all registered information (Full Name, National ID, Passport Details). Discrepancies will result in denied boarding.
Correct age categories (Infant <2, Child 2-12, Adult >12) must be selected during booking.
3. Check-in and Boarding
Counter Closure: 30 minutes before departure for domestic flights; 60 minutes for international flights.
Arrival: Passengers must be at the airport 2 hours before domestic and 3 hours before international flights. (Domestic flights operate via Mehrabad Terminal 2).
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are processed according to the airline’s penalty structure.
If a flight is delayed by the airline for more than 2 hours, passengers are entitled to a full refund without penalty.
Tickets are non-refundable once a boarding pass has been issued.
5. Baggage and Cargo
The legal owner of the baggage is the individual whose name is registered on the baggage claim tag.
Valuables, currency, jewelry, and essential medications must not be placed in checked baggage and should be kept in hand luggage.
The standard payload capacity for cargo operations is up to 5 tons, subject to operational conditions.
6. Special Operations (Executive Charter, Skydiving, Cloud Seeding)
Private Charters: Scheduling and routes are subject to regulatory approvals.
Special Missions: For skydiving and cloud seeding, Atlas Aviation acts strictly as a flight infrastructure provider for licensed agencies and does not handle individual enrollments or direct training.
Helicopter Services: Operations are subject to weather conditions and technical clearance.
7. Medical Requirements
Ill passengers, expectant mothers, and passengers with special needs must provide a completed MEDIF form and obtain approval from the Atlas Aviation Medical Department prior to flight.
8. Liability
Atlas Aviation reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger who poses a threat to flight safety, security, or the well-being of other passengers, as determined by the flight crew or authorities.
